Traveling on a budget, you never know what you're gonna get. Fortunately, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. First of all, the managers are wonderful. I arrived early in the morning after an all night bus ride and my room was ready to go with no waiting time. The rooms are cave style which is very fun, and I had a comfy, roomy double bed, TV, stocked frig, and a good sized bathroom. The room had a nice little patio area out front with couches, chairs, and tables for relaxing. The town center is less than a 5 minute walk away.

When I returned after touring all day my towels had been refreshed even though I hadn't yet stayed one night. When I had to be up for a balloon ride at 5:00, the manager was up with me and taking calls from the balloon company. (He was concerned the flight would be canceled due to rain, and it was.) They were always offering tea and were so kind and helpful. My tour groups ate at the hotel daily and the lunch was very good ,as was breakfast.

If you want to feel welcomed and at home when visiting Cappadocia, I highly recommend this hotel for the gracious hospitality of the hosts.
